• If your item arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com as soon as it arrives so a return authorization can be started. Do not return it with out one. A return without an authorization will no be accepted.
• After receiving your goods, if you are not completely happy, you may return for a exchange or an online credit within 10 days of receiving your goods. The credit will be good for a year.
