Every body needs a night light. I found this out 15 years ago as I stubbed my toes in the middle of the night and went to buy a night light in the store the next day. I was surprised with the lack of interest that they had: the assortment was so limited.
So began my journey in making little pieces of art as night lights. With all of my collections of vintage imagery, it has been a blast. The one up top is an amazing image of a jellyfish, drawn in the 19th century. The form makes you curious as to what it is. If you did not know that it was a jellyfish, just allow your imagination to run wild. I take my hat off to those who documented these forms of life so long ago—plants, animals, insects, birds—so we can enjoy it this way today.
I have just started making night lights with your pictures on them. A perfect gift for any member of the family.
